You'll kick off your coaching with a presentation from me that includes:
- Personal history, past training, and future goals
- Power profile and fatigue profile analysis
- Power diagnosis and training analysis, from WKO5
- Fitness testing to determine power training and zones
Your coach package includes the following:
- Custom training plan and ATP (annual training plan)
- Workouts emailed to you daily and available for review at any time
- Free premium TrainingPeaks account and advance power data analysis with WKO5
- Your initial training plan review via phone call, online meeting, or FaceTime
- Weekly workout data review and feedback sent via email by Sunday of that week. Daily short responses to that days workout (usually that following morning)
- Unlimited training plan revisions per month as needed
- Unlimited emails/texts per month (answered within 48 hours), twice monthly phone calls or as needed if more are needed to answer questions.
